As far as the gorgeous optin box that comes up when you first go to that millionairefastlane site,
it looks to me like it's a Popup Domination Plugin - or something like it.
Notice how it's a lightbox (darkens the whole screen EXCEPT the optin box) w/ the nice colors??
I don't know the exact stats, but I'm SURE that something like this,
coupled w/ the right call to action/attractive offer will massively increase conversion on most sites.

I'm putting together a few sites w/ this feature now & expect them to do well.
And that IS a sweet theme/design on this site.
